Subprocessors

Vraelis Contour is in private development and nothing is on sale. This page was written for the earlier browser-testing product. Its sections about verification runs, accounts, plans, billing, API keys and the console apply only to people who used that product, and stay in force for them while that product's retirement is resolved: purchased balance does not expire, and the refund and billing-error commitments still apply.

Payment providers also describe their own processing. PayPal may process data in the United States and other countries; see its privacy statement.
Documentation assistant: by default Ask AI on the documentation quotes the docs and uses no AI provider. Only if Vraelis switches on generated answers (the Ask AI panel says so when it does) does it send your question, the earlier messages of that conversation and the documentation sections retrieved for it to Anthropic to write the answer. Vraelis does not log the question text.
Data location and transfers
Several subprocessors process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the transfer relies on the subprocessors' own standard contractual clauses and safeguards. Each subprocessor is engaged under its own data-processing terms.
Changes
We may add or replace a subprocessor as the product evolves. When we make a material change we will update this page. If you need advance notice of new subprocessors for a contract, contact us and we can arrange it.
